The ALiSENSOR  ™   Level system consists of a sensor unit and an iOS unit (iPad, iPhone or iPod Touch).  The ALiSENSOR    Level sensor unit is a complex but rugged data collector that contains MEMS gyros, accelerometers, inclinometers, and a microprocessor. Data of angular and translational movements are provided via Bluetooth  ®  to the iOS unit, which provides an unsurpassed user-friendly environment for the operator to analyze the data.

The Flatness measurement program App enables users to measure the flatness of surfaces of a wide range of shapes and sizes through the revolutionary ability of the ALiSENSOR™ Level to be calibrated to user-made fixtures of all sizes. The ability to customize the number of measurement points along both axes also enables users to perform very detailed and thorough flatness measurements, while also equipping them with the ability to customize the number of measurement points for specific applications, such as performing a flatness measurement on two rails for a motor or pump installation. The measurements are performed quickly and the user is guided in every step by a live 3D model of the measurement. The high-accuracy resolution of the ALiSENSOR™ Level provides flatness data with a resolution down to a tenth of a thou (0.0001”).

Perform Straightness measurements, Level / Inclination measurements, and more. The Straightness App is a free download from the App Store, and will work with the ALiSENSOR™ Level. Test objects for straightness, level machine bases, and check inclination of machine tool workpieces and equipment.

Quickly perform squareness measurements with an angle accuracy down to 0.001°. The perpendicularity between a horizontal and a vertical surface is measured using the ALiSENSOR™ Level, with a maximum measurement range of angles between 60° and 120°. The App provides 3D graphical guidance through each step of the measurement, and the angle result is displayed in the user's unit of choice: degrees (decimal or with arcminutes and arcseconds), thou/in, in/ft, mm/m or mm/100mm.

The Multi Values app allows you record live data and multiple values from an ALiSENSOR Level unit, and to also perform geometric measurement with up to three ALiSENSOR™ Level units, constantly showing live sensor values. The sensor units can be zeroed for relative measurements, or calibrated for absolute measurements. One sensor unit can be selected to act as a reference, so the measurement values from other units are adjusted. The angles are displayed in the user's unit of choice: degrees (decimal or with arcminutes and arcseconds), thou/in, in/ft, mm/m or mm/100mm.

The app provides graphical guidance through each step of the measurement.
